On a recent snowy weekend, I was going through some computer files and came across some pictures of Lucy when she was just a puppy. I'm so grateful that my dear friend that gave us Lucy also sent me her 'baby' pictures. This is how Lucy looked when I first met her, never dreaming that a few months later she would become an important part of our family. 
It's hard to believe that this year Lucy will be three years old and just like when our kids were little the time flies by! Unlike kids, thank goodness...no college tuition, big weddings or handing over the car keys!
Lucy is quite content with a Nylar Bone, a new squeaky toy and once in a while a doggie dish of ice cream...and of course she's not spoiled!
