Lucy loves to go for rides and we take her with us as much as possible. My husband had an appointment and we both went along for the ride. As soon as he got out of his truck, Lucy sat patiently waiting for his return. Whether he is gone for a couple of minutes or an hour, she is so excited when he returns!More to come...

I guess that's why dogs are called 'mans best friend'. They do love so unconditionally, don't they and they don't take back either :D
Lucy is very cute. I had an appointment today but my Lucy doesn't like cars. She might if I sprinkled some catnip though. ;-)

I slept under a blanket last night. This has been the coldest July ever recorded here in Ohio where we live. And it was only 59 F here this morning. August is starting out to be more of the same. I fear a climate change is on the way and each year will disrupt the lives of more birds and butterflies to say nothing about the polar bears.
