Waiting For Dad

Lucy loves to go for rides and we take her with us as much as possible. My husband had an appointment and we both went along for the ride. As soon as he got out of his truck, Lucy sat patiently waiting for his return. Whether he is gone for a couple of minutes or an hour, she is so excited when he returns!

Them There Eyes

The other day I was fooling around with the settings on my camera and thought that Lucy would be a perfect subject for the close up lense. She has such an expressive face and I just love her big brown eyes.

I don't think Lucy minded being the center of attention. Trying to get close up pictures of her feline sisters, is however, a whole other story!

A Sunday Sundae

video

After a busy, hot day doing yard work, it was time for a break and no one agreed more than Lucy! So it was off to the shop for a cool dish of ice cream with a doggie bone chaser.

I wonder if dogs get brain freeze!

A 'Moo'ving Experience

After what seemed like an eternity of rain, the sun finally decided to come out and Lucy thought it was a perfect time for a drive and a little 'cow spotting'.

Since our move to the country, Lucy has been facinated by cows and gets extremely excited when she sees them. Heaven help us if they happen to be out to pasture on both sides of the road because then she doesn't know which window to look out of first!

What a perfect day for a walk in the sunshine! Bring on the cows!
