Hi Bloggie Friends, Lucy here...Well I should say that I'm not allowed on most of the furniture...Mom lets me snooze on the old couch in the den and the foot of her bed at night, although I tend to hog more than that!
In a few days, my human brother is coming for a visit and he sleeps on the couch in the den (it pulls out into a bed). I'm really looking forward to his visit but it may cut into my nap time.
Of course there's always my big comfy doggie bed, but somehow, it's never as comfy as Mom's stuff.
Are you allowed on the furniture? Do you sneak a seat when nobody's looking?
Oh, by the way...I heard Mom say that the groomer lady is on vacation...YEAH! I'm safe for a little while longer!

I am allowed on the furniture. At first my dad said no but mom lets me so now dad lets me too. I love sleeping on the sofa on some pillows. I shed a lot so they are usually covered with my hair but they just use a lot of lint rollers. You look so comfy on your sofa. Have a fun day.

Awwwwww...Lucy looks so cute snuggled up and snoozing on the couch! Officially, our dogs are not allowed on the furniture, but they sneak up there every chance they get. When I find them curled up, sound asleep, I never have the heart to make them get down.
Yep, Barnabas is such a good guy to behave well in the house and he stays downstairs all by himself, so we figure who cares. Little Button sits on anything he wants as he is the boss of the house. He sits on mom's new dining room chairs and she don't care. She does think I should get a towel as I sit so often on one of the chairs. Dogs reign right Lucy????
I am glad you human brother is coming home, our dogs don't get to see their human brothers hardly ever, but they never forget them when they come.
Oh Lucy...maybe when your brother comes he will let you sleep on the pull out bed!!!
Don't tell your Mama that I was the one who told you about that ok???

Hi, Lucy, Baby Girl here. YES, I am allowed on ALL the furniture except for Mommy's Bed, that is a no no, my brother Jake sleeps on all furniture too. No Bed, Bad Dog is what we hear if we try to get on the bed. Mommy says our brother that went to heaven slept on the bed between mommy and daddy for 15 years and she would never let that happen again. but we don't mind, we have 2 sofas and 2 chairs, 2 dog beds (rarely do we sleep on those) so we are happy
You are not allowed on furniture? We have never heard of that here...hehehe. We are allowed wherever we want, indoor.

And I understand your feelings about mommy's bed and stuffs,it's always better than our own bed, because there is all mommy's perfume!

Well, Alfie thinks that looks like fun but since he's a guide dog in training he's not allowed on the furniture...at all!
The last puppy we raised (also a doodle!) was career changed...he's a diabetic alert dog now. Since he had to be close enough to alert his new owner at any time of day or night, we actually had to "teach" him to get up and sleep on the bed! Boy did he ever love that! :-)

Am I allowed on the furniture? Well that is a very complicated question with a complex set of answers. Let me just say that Glogirly's got a big list hidden somewhere with a list of all the things I'm not allowed on. Personally I think the list would have been much easier for her if she just kept track of what I AM allowed on.
